About Willowbrook Run

Willowbrook Run is a planned unit development (PUD) community located in the Bangor, Maine area. Like a condominium association, unit owners share ownership and responsibility for common grounds, infrastructure, and amenities, while maintaining private ownership of their individual homes.

This website exists to serve our residents and provide prospective owners with an honest look at the community.

Governance

The community is governed by a board of unit owners elected from the residency. The board oversees shared maintenance, budget planning, vendor contracts, and compliance with community covenants. Board meetings are open to all unit owners, and minutes are archived in the resident members area.

What the Website Is For

The public side of this site offers an overview of the community for prospective buyers and neighbors. The resident members area — available after login — is where owners access community documents, meeting minutes, the event calendar, and maintenance contact information.
